1. General information
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of treatments and products from CellSonic Danmark (hereinafter referred to as clinics).
By booking, purchasing products or ordering via the website, you accept the conditions below.
2. Services and prices
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price valid at the time of booking or purchase will always apply.
3. Payment
Payment can be made via:

MobilePay, debit card or bank transfer in the clinic

Online payment via BoD or other connected payment solution (for books)
4. Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the appointment time.
In case of later cancellation or no-show, you will be charged Full price for the planned treatment.
Timely cancellation allows for rescheduling or full refund.
5. Gift vouchers and courses
Gift vouchers are valid in 12 months from the date of purchase.
They can be used for all treatments and products, but are non-refundable.
Gift vouchers can be transferred to another person by agreement.
6. Buying books and products
When purchasing the book “Biophysical Energy Therapy - Health and Beauty of the Future” or other products:

Delivery terms and cancellation rights follow the respective provider
7. Right of cancellation
When buying physical products, the following applies 14 days right of cancellation from the date of receipt.
Cancellation must be notified in writing by email and the item returned unused.
Treatments and personalised services are excluded once the service has begun.
8. Responsibility and course of treatment
Treatments are carried out with high professionalism and care, but results depend on individual circumstances.
The treatments do not replace medical diagnosis or medical treatment, but work as a complement to the body's own healing.
You are responsible for informing us of any health conditions prior to treatment.
Consent to treatment is confirmed before starting.

Personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable legislation.

11. Choice of law and jurisdiction
Any disputes will be settled according to Danish legislation by the Danish courts.
