  • Information you provide yourself when booking, enquiring or receiving treatments

During therapy sessions, we may also collect special categories of personal data (sensitive information), such as:

  • Health information, diagnoses, symptoms

  • Medication use and treatment history

  • Stress or trauma information (if relevant to the process)

  • Results from scans, dental status and similar health data

We collect not information from third parties without your consent.

  • Active clients: Data is stored for the duration of the customer relationship.

  • At the end of the programme: Data is deleted or anonymised after a maximum of two years.

  • Accounting and transactional data: Stored for 5 years according to the Bookkeeping Act.

You can request access or deletion at any time, unless continued storage is required by law.

You have the right to:

  • Insight into what information we hold about you

  • To have information corrected or deleted

  • Withdrawing consent

  • To object to processing or demand data portability

9. Data leaks and security breaches

We take data breaches seriously.
In case of suspected or confirmed breach, all affected parties will be informed within 72 hours, and the Danish Data Protection Agency will be notified in accordance with legislation.
If you suspect a leak, please contact us immediately.

10. Newsletters and marketing

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you can always unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the email.
Upon unsubscribing, your marketing consents are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

11. Revision of the policy

We will update our privacy policy at least once a year or in case of significant changes in legislation or our processing.
